Hello. ???????
Sorry to bother you with another “help, weight loss” question, but I’ve searched around and could not find anything that fit me well.
I am a 13 year old female. Last time I measured, I was 5’1″, and around 120 lbs. I don’t look fat, but I am filled out in odd places. My elbows, thighs, stomach, and face areas are thin, actually, so I was hoping for some suggestions on exercises specifically for torso/legs?
I’m very athletic, and can run very fast/well. Unfortunately, I don’t have any exercise machines, and my mother does the grocery shopping when I’m not with her, so I must do everything in my room. ????||? I am Chinese, and eat Asian food a lot, though I still manage to be fat, haha, America. I don’t eat/drink candy/soda.
Please don’t tell me that I’m still growing, either, because I am still overweight. I would like to be down to ~90 lbs. by the end of my birth month. Thanks in advance for all of your suggestions! Feel free to tell me if you need more information.











honestly you really gotta workout. ppl who are older gotta watch what they eat but since you are young your metabolism is probably off the charts. If you really focus on working out like running in the gym or other cardio you can lose the weight…if you want to stay at home do Taebo….
Don’t you have gym in school? You should get plenty of exercise there. You should be shooting for 100 lbs (or more) rather than 90. I know you’re Chinese and you’ve got the pressure to be thin from your relatives, but you don’t want to be rail thin.
