I cant really stick to a diet.. Im still only 17 and eats what my mom cooks at home.. As a asian family, we eat a lot of WHITE RICE… I LOVE rice, so that makes it even harder for me to go on a diet.. I doubt there are any healthy pre-packaged foods, but if you know one let me know! I don’t think i can stop eating rice completely and just eat the food my mom makes by itself, because the type of vietnamese foods she makes, is really salty…
Does anyone know of a good vegetable and fruit drink i can make every day?
Or is there a good diet food i can eat every day and not get tired of eating eat?
Would replacing white rice with brown rice actually help with losing weight and fat?
And of course i am going to be TRYING to do cardio as much as i can, its really difficult being overweight with asthma.
I already drink lots of water, about a gallon of water a day.
If you know any websites that have a diet plan that would ACTUALLY help me, please let me know











For the first part of your question: you can still eat white rice, just eat it in moderation. Measure it out if you have to. Instead of two cups of rice have one cup or a half a cup. Switching to brown rice would also help. There is a lot more fiber and nutrients in brown rice.
Second part: V8 is a good vegetable drink and low in calories. Most fruit juices contain a lot of sugar, so I would suggest eating your fruit instead of drinking juice.
Third part: Any exercise is good exercise. Start out with walking. Then eventually you build up stamina and you can walk faster. Lift light weights. The more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism.
4th part: Water is really good. Keep drinking it. Add lemon or lime to it to flavor it up a bit.

I am 16 ^^ So let me help u cuz i was in your place. I had 60kg now i am around 54kg. I am 1,70m tall so yea i was a lil chubby looking. It doesn’t really matter if u have 60kg or 55kg if your proportions are good. Still if you want to loose some weight just to feel good in your skin i recommend u pilates. I have a dvd, with Lara Hudson and i do these exercises at home, almost every day (or at 2 days).

And in 2 weeks by doing them everyday (i had vacation lol) i lost 5 kg. Of course i ate a LOT of fruits and veggies. Less meat (well i ate chicken), and less bread. No candies at all or cookies ( i don’t like em). Of course you CAN eat them but not like a hungry lion. And water…yea i think i drink less than 2L lol Good luck! ^^ try to do exercises not just stay away from food, your body needs it!
replacing white rice with brown rice will help you- especially if you are doin cardio because the energy lasts longer so it fills you up for longer, plus brown rice is better than white any day.
if you want to make drinks out of fruit and vegetables- tr making smoothies or juices, you have fun experiementing with different ones, like pineapple, orange and melon all blended together- theres lots of recipes for these on the internet
