Dry Skin On My Face. Plz Help?

I am a 25 years old asian girl. My skin type was normal but from sometime time now, I have started to have some dry white spots on the face. Sometimes they itch too. I have a vague idea that I get them when I sweat during workout/ or because I have stopped eating fats because of the weight loss plan. I can’t stop working out because I am on a diet plan. Could somebody suggest me the reason of the changing skin type and what precautions should I take in the gym to avoid this. Also if there are some good homemade/ cosmetic remedies for it. Right now I use johnson and johnson lotion for my face.

    You should use cocoa butter or vaseline on your face before going to bed.

    dont go out in the sun… i think it’s because of the sun… go in a drug store and find a good sunscreen lotion or a cream for fungus and try that… gd luck

    1) Use a proper facial moisturiser, others afre far too heavy fot his delicate skin
    2) Exfoliate weekly, this will help remove dead skin cells, whcih wile not the cause of the lumps, wont be helping either

    hi i too had the same problem…my frend told me to apply the moisturiser as soon as i clean my face with a soap or face wash……..but dont clean ur face only with water any time…..use a good mild soap and immedietly apply moisturiser….u will see the difference….i hope aveeno(24 hr moisturiser) is good…..i did the same thing and got the problem solved…….and one more tip…..take a cotton ball dip it in “whole milk”(no fat free or nothing)and apply it on to ur face just 5 minutes b4 bath….it will cleanse ur skin as well as reduce dryness…….inorder to reduce sweating eat the food which contains zinc…….u can apply carrot juice honey and milk for ur face….
