i want to lose about 10-15 pounds
if i am 5’1 and 115-120 pounds
i am 15
how long do u think this will take me if:
i do yoga booty ballet whenever i can
dance twice a week
dont drink anything but water
only snack on fruit and 100 calorie packs
eat smaller portions
also….
is this healthy for today?
breakfast : special K ftuir and yogurt cereal with 2% milk (185 calories)
lunch: asian salad (450 calories)
dinner: eating out (not sure where but i dont have a choice so dont tell me i shouldnt)
since i ate a good breakfast and lunch am i doing good at balancing it out?

Hun.. You dont need to diet at all. You are the perfect weight for your size. I could understand you maybe wanting to tone up but for you to want to lose 10-15 lbs.. you would look sickly..

Sorry, you’re going to need TONS of water if you want to lose weight.
Also, your body might not be capable of losing any more weight, especially since you’re 15. Once you’re done growing, you’ll probably put on more weight because your body will fill out.
I really think people like you come on here with these questions and say “I’m 5’2 115lbs and I want to lose weight” just so you can hear people say “You’re not fat”
