I Am 3.5 Month Pregnant, My Husband Is Getting L1 Visa For 3 Months, Can I Get L2 Visa?

My husband is getting visa from his company, what about my medical insurance? He has work of only 3 months, is it valid to travel back while I am 6-7 month pregnant? Is there any chance of getting my visa?

If he has a valid L1 visa, you could potentially qualify for an L2. As for travelling to the US in an advanced stage of pregnancy that’s more up to the airlines than US immigration. Medical insurance would be between you and your husband’s company unless you intend to buy some on your own.

If he works only for 3 months, I’m not sure if it is even worthy to risk your pregnancy. Also, there would be little chance of getting visa.
