    If you’re worried about having an accident, any emergency room will take you no matter where you’re from. If it’s just minor ailments, each county has a health center that’s free also.
    If you’re asking because you have special needs, you need to ask your medical insurance company if they cover you when you go overseas. I think mine does.

    Medical cover can be very expensive in the USA. Australian cover may not work. The best bet is to buy some inexpensive medical insurance that will cover you for any health or accident problems that are not currently existing.
