I Wanna Lose Weight. Im 15 And 245 Pounds?

im asian so rice is an important part of every meal. also does digesting food without chewing it too much makes you fatter since it doesn’t get fully digested quicker than regularly. i need to find an easy and effect weight loss plan im willing to cut down my food intake. kinda desperate thanks

    If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises.
    Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS.
    Have a lot of RABBIT FOODS like vegetables and fruits.
    @ Sit when you eat.
    @ Always Avioid Junk food.
    @ Dont eat pizza, potato and oily food.
    @ Dont drink Softdrinks and soda.
    @ Eat a lot of fruits
    @ Eat a lot of vegitables.(salad)
    @ Drink a lot of water
    @ Do not eat candy or chocolate
    @ Sleep well
    @ If you can, do mediatation and yoga.
    @ Dont drink alcohol and don’t smoke
    @ Eat hygienic foods.
    @ Don’t get yourself starve
    @ After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
    @ Switch to ordinary coffee
    @ Eat 90 percent of your meals at home.
    @ Eat only when you hear your stomach growling.
    @ Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal.
    @ Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate.
    @ Eat more soup. The noncreamy ones are filling but low-cal.
    @ Walk around the mall three times before you start shopping.
    @ Start eating a big breakfast. It helps you eat fewer total calories throughout the day.
    @ Eat without engaging in any other simultaneous activity. No reading, watching TV, or sitting at the computer.
    @ Always be active

    There is no easy answer to your question. There are many questions and details to your dilemma that are open ended. But YOU have to start somewhere. Just limiting your intake is a small part of the big picture. Just like any addiction ( which is what I suspect is part of the problem ) there is much spiritual work to be done. You didn’t get this way in one day and you can’t just snap your fingers and it will go away. Start with your doctor. Find out if you’re diabetic. Find out how healthy your heart is. Work with your DOCTOR to find a exercise and nutrition plan to start you off easy. Make realistic goals and get comfortable with them and get support from family and friends and strangers as well. Support is the key. Without it you will feel isolated and helpless. Stay away from diet pills they don’t work and do more harm than good. And if you have good teeth, use them. Chewing your food completely (25 times per bite) will satisfy your brain. And stay away from food colored white and refined sugar. Eliminate sugar and fast food from your diet to start with. No more soda in any form. Water only for a while. Try with all your heart and mind to break your bad habits, replacing them with a short walk progressing into a longer and longer walk. Find encouragement that you can accomplish even small goals. It’s not going to be easy but you can do this. Just don’t be hard on yourself. Love yourself.
