Okay…so I’m a 16 yr. old girl weighing 140 pounds, 163cm (about 5 feet and 4 and a half inches) and I’m planning on losing 20 pounds before my two sisters come home from abroad. I’ve been thin when I was a kid and started to slowly gain these annoying 20 pounds when I was 13 yrs old. PLs don’t say that this weight is perfectly fine for my height cause it really isn’t coz I’m asian, and we have smaller frames than americans and europeans. Plus I want to live a healthy life that’s why I want to be back to my usual weight. I am currently playing DDR (Dance dance revolution) for like 2-3 hours a day. I drink 2 Liters of water and eat properly. I eat 2-3 fruits a day and eat only fish and lean meat. Sometimes I eat some sweet stuff so that I won’t crave and binge-eat. Do you think this will help me lose weight? If you could suggest more weight loss tips pls tell me so!! tnx for reading btw!











It’s safe to lose 2 pounds per week, so over 12 weeks, you could safely lose up to 24 pounds. It is definitely do-able.
I might also suggest not eating anything in the 4 hours before bedtime. I lost 53 pounds 4 years ago and my weight loss started when I stopped eating in the 4 hours before bedtime. I hadn’t yet progressed to exercising, I was still drinking evil, sugary soda and not eating very healthy…but I was losing weight still by making that one change. Once I started exercising and eating right, the pounds melted off.
i know you said not to say this, but even with a small frame, your weight isnt bad- at least not 20 pounds bad. but why’s this in the newborn section? is the 20 pounds a baby? you may have to wait until birth to lose THAT weight then.
I lost 20lbs in 3 months. I too ate right and everything its all up to you and how much you want it. Just stay real active and you’ll do just that.

darling you can lose 20 pounds in 1 month nevermin 3 months like 50 but yea that wouldnt be safe but in 2 months 20 pounds is healthy!

Hell yea thats do-able.
since your still growing eat atleast 1600 calories a day. drink only water and exercise for atleast 30 minutes. then you’ll be at your goal weight in noo time

i lost over 40 in 3 months
then again, it was during Marine Corps bootcamp..
i dont think 20 would be that bad
and about DDR
keep playing, get to Expert and keep playing….everyday
like i said, i shipped out to boot camp weighing 220 and graduated 3 months later at 180.
But when i first signed up, i was like 245 and i had to leave for boot camp in like 2 months.
I hated running so i just played DDR all the time.
I eventually got up to the harder settings and after 6 or 7 songs, i was beat. I think DDR is an excellent weight loss tool.
I got back from boot camp in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE i could run 5 miles without even being out of breath, and i hopped on the DDR pad for 3 songs, and i was heaving!
I cant stress it enough, just keep playing DDR
