But when i first signed up, i was like 245 and i had to leave for boot camp in like 2 months. I hated running so i just played DDR all the time. I eventually got up to the harder settings and after 6 or 7 songs, i was beat. I think DDR is an excellent weight loss tool. I got back from boot camp in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE i could run 5 miles without even being out of breath, and i hopped on the DDR pad for 3 songs, and i was heaving! I cant stress it enough, just keep playing DDR i lost over 40 in 3 months

It is definitely do-able. I might also suggest not eating anything in the 4 hours before bedtime. I lost 53 pounds 4 years ago and my weight loss started when I stopped eating in the 4 hours before bedtime. I hadn't yet progressed to exercising, I was still drinking evil, sugary soda and not eating very healthy...but I was losing weight still by making that one change. Once I started exercising and eating right, the pounds melted off. It’s safe to lose 2 pounds per week, so over 12 weeks, you could safely lose up to 24 pounds. It is definitely do-able.
