Is Minimally Invasive Mitral Valve Repair Available In Asia?

I am from the Philippines and I have a friend who is a candidate for mitral valve repair, she is looking for options other than the traditional heart surgery incision, made down the sternum which is more painful and takes really long to heal. There is a Robotically-Assisted Mitral Valve Repair in the US, which of course is more expensive. Is there a hospital in Asia that provides this procedure and is closer to home, which of course is less expensive?

Asia is a big area. I would imagine that there are hospitals that do the surgery you described.
I’d concentrate on Japan, Singapore, and India.
