You can get a worldwide annual policy that will cover you on your trips. There are many insurance policies out there that will cover all of what you need BUT they all have different levels and amounts to which they will pay out.
e.g. a bronze policy will cover the cost of your holiday if you can’t go due to illness or some such reason but will perhaps have a limit of 1500, where the gold will cover up to perhaps 5000. If your holiday cost 2500 to book it’s no good having the bronze as you’ll get 1500 after you’ve paid the excess which can also be quite a lot.
Best advice from me would be go to a comparison website and enter your details, compare the initial payout values to make sure you’re fully covered, however, before you buy anything read the policy documents and pay careful attention to the excess costs and anything they won’t cover.
Hope this helps and enjoy your trips

this website http://www.insuremytrip.com will give you a comparision of several different travel insurance companies. Most will only insure up to a certain number of days and then any extra days would be additional cost. Travel insurance cost is usually based on age/trip cost per person. So you can make your cost include the tour/cruise/hotel and flights. Some of the more well known Travel Ins companys are TravelSafe and TravelGuard

You don’t say whether Eire or Northern Ireland, but what you are looking for, it appears, is an annual travel insurance policy that will cover you for any number of trips – worldwide.
The premium depends on who ‘we’ are, where you are going, the longest trip, whether you intend to do any dangerous sports/ winter sports or not.
