I travel to different nursing homes and work as a cna, I was recently in a nursing facility and it seemed EVERYONE had a cold, well i reported it to the nurse and she stated ‘oh its just allergies’ I can understand that. but now im sick and I myself have no allergy problems. I have caught what the residents in the facillity has and my description; it is like a summer cold.
What do you think the residents have. &
How and why do i have it now.

Im no doctor (thank god), but what I would say is that you and they have what is known as leaky gut syndrome, caused by a candida overgrowth, which is in turn caused by eating too much processed food.
If you want to know how to cure it, feel free to state it in your message.
theres all types of colds so don’t worry its probably just a cold drink plenty of water eat soup and get plenty of sleep and avoid contact with other people so it doesnt get around.
