Recommendation For Overseas Medical/evac Insurance?

Im looking for pros or cons of anyone who has experience with travel insurance – just medical and evac. Any pro or con with any particular company. Ive used Patriot before, but there were so many “wiesel words” in the contract I wonder if anyone has a better idea. I am US resident.
