Weight Loss For Teen.?

I’m 16 years old and I figure it’s time to take control of my lifestyle. I’m 5’2 asian girl and I know that I’m overweight because I’m at 150 lbs. Currently I have started brisk walking for 40 minutes and 30 minutes of weighted hula hoop 5 days a week. I drink 1L of green tea a day and I keep my meals small. If I continue this, will I lose about 10kg by July?
(I have slow metabolism and I don’t lose weight very easily)

    You’re already on track! Great job!
    Diets are easy if you stick to this simple plan: Continue to eat healthy foods, eat the right sized portions, continue your exercise, and drink plenty of fluids.
    No one can really tell if you’ll reach your goal weight by July, but don’t gauge yourself by your weight, gauge yourself by how your clothes fit.
    You’re doing a great job already, just keep on doing what you’re doing, make healthy choices and you’ll ROCK!!!

    the thing is its so difficult with asian parents, they’re so over protective my parents honestly, if you miss one meal, oh are you dieting and its sooo effing annoying. your lucky and your defo doing a good job and im sure you’ll get to your ideal weight
    me however im doomed, just one meal curry for me :D yay :S

    nah… just run/jog (not walk) for 40-120mins, about 40-60kilometers back and forth every day.. if you feel nothing happened to your weight-loss doing, try running at your stairs up and down for about 1 hour…. if still dont work, call a doctor and set a meeting for your lypo OR, go find some rope and tie it to ur neck and wrecked it… if u dont have a rope, just bang your head with a gun… ^______^V but i think ur sexy with ur weight, isnt it??

    I’m 22 almost 23 years old, I’m 5’1″ and I know how you feel.
    I weigh in at 147. I haven’t fould a full prof wieght loss plan yet!
