Weight Loss Question?

my friend is trying to lose weight. but she wont listen to me so i’m going to ask u guys. First… she is a girl so its harder for her to lose weight. also she is asian (she said asian’s have a high metabolism). She says that she is going to dance for 2 hours one day every week…is that enough? or should she be exercising 4-5 days a week?

    Enough for what? Enough to lose weight? Yes. Quickly? No. Yes, she should be exercising at least 3 days per week, but 1 day is better than none. Yes, it is true, men lose weight easier/quicker than women. I’m not sure about the Asian thing, though.

    One day every week is not enough. But four to five is a little bit over. i would say a good amount is three days a week. But, you will lose more weight if you do something different for all three days. For example, She could dance one day, run the next, then bike the next day. If you do different activites it burns different amount of calories and it works out different parts of the body. I hope you help your friend to make the HEALTHY choices while trying to lose weight. Hope this helps! :)

    I think that she should dance an 45 minutes to an hour about 5 times a week. Jamming all of your exercise into one day (a week) is not exactly healthy, and it will definitely not make you lose weight. So I think that exercise in moderation about 4-5 times a week would be healthy.

    if your girlfriend really wants to loose weight then she should do more then just exercising. she needs to eat healthy foods with less calories. she also needs to work out a little bit EVERY day, even if only for a little bit.

    you should exercise about 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes to have moderate weight loss

    she should exercise 4 days a week this will then help to lose weight or look at a program from your nearest gym
