i am applying for a visiting visa in netherlands I live here in cavite philippinese but i don’t get any idea of where i should get the PROOF OF INSURANCE FOR THE WHOLE PERIOD OF TRAVEL AGAINST THE COSTS FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT AND OR REPATRAITION COVERING UP TO AT LEAST AN AMOUNT OF 30,000 EUR VALID FOR ALL COUNTRIES IN THE SCHENGEN AREA? PLEASE HELP ME GUYS….

Get a travel insurance and you will get a document stating that you have one.
If you want to cover it with your own health insurance, your insurance company is the one that will give you the proof of insurance. (But ask if they also do the repatriation if needed.)
But you will not get a proof of insurance unless you actually have an insurance.
If you do not have an insurance yet, you can get one from a travel agency. Or you can ask any insurance company you have an insurance, as often they also do travel insurances, some of them valid for the whole year, but I am not sure how much you would pay for those.
